The FiberHTT H6GBT2R3-02 6G BiDi SFP+ 1270T/1330R 2km DDM transceiver module for serial optical communication, applications for a radio base station system. The electrical interface is compliant with SFI specifications of SFF-8472. The transceiver consists of 6.144Gbps 1270nm DFB optical transmitter and PIN receiver, and transmission distance up to 2km on 9/125µm SM fiber.The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well DFB, which is class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825.The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC.
