General Description
Hengtaitong HQP40G-ESR4 optical transceiver integrates receiver and transmitter paths on one module. At the transmission end, the serial data streams of the four channels are recovered, re timed, and transmitted to the four laser drivers. The wavelength of the laser driver control center is 850nm VCSEL laser. The optical signal is multiplexed through an industry standard LC connector and transmitted to a single-mode optical fiber. At the receiving end, the four channels of the optical data stream are optically multiplexed by an integrated optical multiplexer. Each data stream is recovered by a PIN photodetector and a transimpedance amplifier. This module has hot swappable electrical interfaces, low power consumption, and MDIO management interfaces.
This product is designed with external dimensions, optical/electrical connections, and digital diagnostic interfaces based on QSFP+Multi Source Agreement (MSA) and IEEE 802.3pm standards.
