China Mobiles UK data centre officially opens, with availability up to 99.99%

The availability is as high as 99.99%.

The data center has three fiber optic inlets and two mains power supplies. The 2N transformer and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) configuration can provide 10 minutes of backup under full load conditions. The cooling system is equipped with N + 1 natural cooling air-cooled chiller, N + 3 room-grade water-cooled precision air conditioner, and provides 6 minutes of continuous cooling capacity. In addition, the entire data center is supported by N + 1 diesel generators, and the fuel tank capacity can support full load operation for 24 hours.

Previously, China Mobile International had two international data centers in Singapore, the Hong Kong Global Network Center (GNC), and extensive global network infrastructure. It also built new own data centers in Frankfurt, Germany and other places.
